How We Work With Families
All three Trovelle offerings share the same underlying approach: we create space, we ask questions, and we help produce a concrete, useful output. We do not advise. We do not tell families what to decide. We bring structure to a conversation that many families have been quietly putting off for years.
Everything is framed as general education and practical organising support. Where individual professional advice is needed — legal, financial, or otherwise — we signpost participants to appropriate qualified practitioners and official bodies in Thailand and, where relevant, internationally.

SOLUTION 01
Rediscovery Workshop
฿3,600 per session
A warm, structured group or small-family session exploring general ways to revisit family stories and tidy important papers into one clear information folder. The workshop is centred on meaningful reflection — a chance to ask questions that often go unasked and to begin putting things in order before they need to be.
This is strictly general education. No personal legal or financial advice is given during or after the session. Participants are always signposted to appropriate professionals for their own arrangements.

Treasured Items Inventory

Hands-on organising help cataloguing meaningful belongings and noting where related documents are held, resulting in one well-structured inventory document. This is a practical organising service — we catalogue; we do not advise on what to do with any particular item or arrangement.
The inventory belongs entirely to the participant. Trovelle retains no copy of its contents beyond the session unless explicitly agreed in writing.
What the inventory includes
- Itemised list of meaningful belongings with descriptions
- Notes on where related documents are stored
- Any known wishes or context the family wishes to record
- Printed and digital copy delivered within 5 business days
Session format
- 01. Pre-session call to agree scope and logistics
- 02. In-home or in-office cataloguing session (3–5 hours)

Discovery Membership

Ongoing access to facilitated story sessions, a library of organising guides, and a warm peer community for general learning. All discussion stays gentle and educational. Members are always signposted to qualified professionals and official bodies when their questions fall outside our scope.
The membership suits individuals and families who want ongoing support and a community of peers — rather than a one-off session. It can follow or be taken alongside either of the other offerings.

Our Standards & Protocols
Written Scope Declaration
Every participant receives a written note before their session explaining exactly what Trovelle provides and where our scope ends.
Data Confidentiality
Session content is not shared beyond the facilitation team. Inventory documents are the participant's property and are handled with discretion throughout.
Named Facilitator
Each booking is confirmed with a named facilitator who leads the session. Families know who they will be working with before the session begins.
Professional Referral Network
Where needs extend beyond our scope, we refer to qualified Thai and international professionals — at no charge and with no referral fees.
Post-Session Follow-Up
All sessions include a one-week follow-up contact to answer questions and ensure the takeaway materials are useful and understood.
Transparent Cancellation Terms
